Val Senales cross-country skiing

Endless, glistening winter landscapes, crystal-clear mountain air and silently gliding steps: cross-country skiing makes sports and nature lovers go into raptures. Outdoor sports in winter

Temperatures are dropping outside, maybe even the first snow is falling and instead of exercising in the cold, you'd much rather hide under the covers with a cup of hot chocolate until it gets warmer again? That’s understandable, but you could be in for a ‘rough’ spring awakening if you're out of breath just climbing the stairs and your back starts to ache when you're sitting down. You can easily avoid this by doing winter sports in the Alps, for example at Alpin Arena Senales.
