The Alpin Arena Senales is closed!

From 17th April until the beginning of December, the Glacier Cable Car will be closed due to construction work. On 1st July, the Lazaun cable car and the Roter Kofel chairlift open for summer operation.

The glacier, the Glacier Hotel Grawand and the viewing platform Iceman Ötzi Peak are not accessible by cable car from 17th April until the beginning of December 2023 due to construction work.

Those who only know the Alpine Arena Senales as a white snow-covered winter wonderland should visit the Val Senales Glacier in summer. When the sun is high, not only are the picturesque paths between forests and rock giants free of snow and ready for adventurous hikers. The Iceman Ötzi Peak on the Grawand peak also beckons with its spectacular views of 126 three-thousand-metre peaks and the former realm of Ötzi the ice-man. In addition, there are bike routes with an adrenaline rush guaranteed, thrilling via ferratas, an extraordinary art project and the Lazaun mountain carts, our mountain Ferraris for the young and old.
