The rustic mountain huts in the Val Senales area serve traditional Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine, ranging from the classic Schoepfernes (traditional lamb dish) with polenta to Schneamilch (traditional cream desert).

Connoisseurs of fine food can ski from one hut to another and take part in the Glacier Wine Rallye for tasting of fine local wine and organic cheese. On the stunning sun terraces of the highest South Tyrolean mountain huts, skiers can bask in the first mild sunny days of spring, surrounded by the spectacular setting of the Hochjochferner glacier.
