Autumn Ski Vacation in Southern Tyrol All Year Skiing Resort

While others are still on their summer holidays, at the Southern Tyrolean skiing resort in the Schnalstal Valley diligent preparations are already underway for the coming winter season. The skiing and training operations on the glacier are in fact in progress now, but in the coming autumn it should already be possible as from All Saints' Day, i.e. the beginning of November, to do the valley run down to Teufelsegg. Therefore at the moment we are working at full speed to extend the snow-making facilities supplied by Schnalstaler Gletscherbahnen AG.

As a result, the Kurzras skiing resort should be noticeably more attractive – especially in the autumn for the ski opening in Italy. At this time the glacier is also the training ground for many international skiing teams who conduct altitude training prior to the start of the Skiing World Cup.

The extensive ski slopes, and especially the quality of the slopes, should also be upgraded even further through the new snow-making facilities.
