Experience nature

Today natural parks are of great importance for the conservation of nature and the landscape.
The Texel Natural Park is
the biggest natural park in South Tyrol, encompassing the whole Texel Group, an ample high mountain landscape between the Schnals Valley (west) and the Passeier Valley (east).
Here Mediterranean spaces alternate with high mountain pastures, and dry moor slopes with fir-wood rich in precipitation. The
Pfossen Valley at the heart of the natural park is the most populated with wild animals in South Tyrol.
More chamoises and ibexes live here than in the whole Schnals Valley.
